For any content you submit, we may use, copy, modify, adapt, publish or incorporate such content into forms of marketing messaging and advertising for our social accounts, email marketing, print brochures and our website.

We may share the personal data we collect with other companies in the Century Travel Group, where it is necessary for the effective servicing of a booking or query.

We may share the personal data we collect with other Supplier Partners and Service Providers. We only share personal data that enable our Supplier Partners to provide their services. We work with carefully selected Service Providers that carry out certain functions on our behalf, including for example, companies that help us with our technology services, storing and combining data, and processing payments. We only share personal data that enable our Service Providers to effectively provide their services. When we share personal data with these companies we require them store and process it securely, and they must not use your personal data for their own marketing purposes.

We may also need to share personal data with other organisations in certain circumstances:

if the law or a public authority says we must share the personal data;

if we need to share personal data in order to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights (this includes providing personal data to others for the purposes of preventing fraud and reducing credit risk);

to an organisation we sell or transfer (or enter into negotiations to sell or transfer) any of our businesses or any of our rights or obligations under any agreement we may have with you. In order for you to travel overseas, we may be required to disclose certain of your personal data to government bodies or other authorities in Cyprus and in other countries, such as those responsible for immigration, border control, security and anti-terrorism. A&K Travel Group will collect Guest Personal Data that you choose to provide to us when you interact with any of the A&K Travel Group websites, contact any A&K Travel Group reservations departments, use our services, speak with our representatives (such as sales or customer service), or purchase our products

We collect Guest Personal Data about or generated by any device you have used to access the A&K Travel Group websites, or when you use Wi-Fi on an A&K network while traveling with A&K Travel Group. Such collected data could include device information, IP address, and browsing information such as previous purchase history or interests. When you use our websites, we also collect certain information about you automatically through our use of cookies and similar technologies. The type of Guest Personal Data collected by A&K Travel Group may vary from country to country, and in some countries A&K Travel Group might not collect all of the categories of Guest Personal Data listed above.

A&K Travel Group is committed to only collecting and processing the minimum amount of data from you that is necessary to the purposes of our data processing activities, and to retain such data only if required to fulfil such purposes. Where applicable, if A&K Travel Group intends to further process the personal data for a purpose other than that for which the personal data was initially collected, A&K Travel Group shall, prior to such processing, provide you with any relevant information on such additional purpose, and, to the extent required by applicable law, obtain your consent for such processing.

b. While traveling with A&K Travel Group subsidiary companies:

A&K Travel Group processes Guest Personal Data when you interact with us offline to provide you with the A&K Travel Group service. Additionally, when you use electronic or RFID technologies, or use on-premise digital services, we may collect browsing information including but not limited to, search history, server logs, application logs, browsing data, first-party cookies, third-party cookies, pixel tags and clear gifs. In addition, we may process this data in combination with other data that we collect and/or create as necessary in connection with certain legitimate business interests in (i) verifying your identity for authentication and security purposes; and (ii) to prevent fraud.


We may operate CCTV or security cameras on properties operated or owned by A&K Travel Group. In connection with these systems, we may collect and/or create Guest Personal Data as necessary in connection with certain legitimate business interests, such as (i) ensuring the safety and security of guests and employees; (ii) recording and investigating health and safety incidents; (iii) keeping track of guests and employees for safety and commercial purposes; and (iv) creating aggregate data.

In order to understand our guests’ preferences, and better recommend bespoke products and services we may create a “Guest Profile” by linking together and analysing Guest Personal Data collected in the following circumstances: (i) when you purchase our products and services; (ii) when you travel with companies owned or operated by A&K Travel Group; (iii) when you use our digital services; (iv) through cookies and other tracking technologies on A&K Travel Group websites; (v) when you contact us or submit information to us; and (vi) through feedback and surveys.


During our interactions we may collect special categories of personal data about you as detailed below. This may be because you provide us with the information or because it is associated with a group you travel with (please see example below). It may also be because we need to know certain personal data about you, such as health information, so that we can provide you with the best possible service and advise you whether a trip is suitable for you. For example:

If we receive a group booking from a specific religious association, we will indirectly collect details of religious beliefs of the individuals within the group booking. The same can be said for groups from political associations and trade union associations.

If a guest asks whether certain medication is allowed to be taken into certain jurisdictions, that inquiry could disclose certain medical conditions.

Other special category of personal data that we may end up receiving from you include details about your:

dietary requirements (which may disclose your health information or religious or philosophical beliefs);

You are not under any obligation to consent to us processing or disclosing your sensitive information in the manner described above and in our Notice. However, if you don’t agree then we won’t be able to process your data or transfer your data to our suppliers. As you will appreciate, it would then be difficult to actually provide your holiday because making your holiday arrangements involves processing your data and transferring your data to our suppliers in order that they can provide the services.

If you have concerns with us processing or transferring your data then please discuss that with us at your earliest convenience in order that we can book your holiday and provide you with the necessary services.

If you are happy to consent to our use of your sensitive information, you will also be able to withdraw your consent at any time. However, if this operates to prevent us from providing your holiday, we will be required to treat the withdrawal of consent as a cancellation of your booking and the cancellation charges in the Booking Terms and Conditions for your booking will become payable, as applicable.

Marseille to Lisbon

Savor the beauty of both the Mediterranean and the Atlantic coasts on this six-night voyage from France to Portugal. Departing Marseille, our first stop is the Catalan city of Barcelona, where a stroll along Las Ramblas to see the wonderful array of produce on sale in the Boqueria market is a must. Enjoy a leisurely day sailing south to Málaga, where there are masterpieces to admire by the city's famous son, the artist Picasso, in the museum named after him. Next, we make our way west to Portugal and Portimão, the Algarve’s seaside playground, with some of the nation's loveliest sands. And finally, our voyage ends with an overnight stay in Lisbon, a bustling capital that has both old-world charm and modern energy.

Lisbon to Portsmouth

Embark on a captivating cruise from Lisbon, capital of Portugal, to the shores of Britain, exploring the coast of France along the way. Our first stop is beautiful Porto, to raise a glass to the city’s eponymous wine on an excursion along the River Douro. Relax as we spend a day at sea heading to the French city of Bordeaux. Here, we will spend three memorable days sipping world-class wines cultivated in big-name vineyards around the city, including in the medieval village of Saint-Emilion. Enjoy another restful sea day as we sail to the UK via pretty St. Peter Port on the Channel Island of Guernsey. The British mainland comes into sight at Plymouth, a city with a venerable maritime history. Hear more seafaring tales and see one of Henry VIII's ships, Mary Rose, at our final destination, Portsmouth.

Portsmouth to Copenhagen

This is a pleasant time of year to visit some of Northern Europe’s most interesting cities. Casting off from Portsmouth, with its rich maritime history, our first destination is Zeebrugge in Belgium, a picturesque port that offers easy access to fairytale Bruges with its cobbled streets lined with medieval buildings. We sail onwards to IJmuiden for an overnight stay – perfect for exploring the Amsterdam's canals and cultural treasures. After pounding the pavements, a leisurely day at sea is sure to be welcome before another round of sightseeing in two beautiful Norwegian ports, Kristiansand and Stavanger, uncovering the country’s fascinating Viking heritage. Next, we cross to Denmark for Aarhus, a city that artfully blends the old and new, before our journey ends in Copenhagen.

Copenhagen Round Trip

Set off on a memorable seven-night roundtrip from Copenhagen in the esteemed company of Chef Nobu, who chose Crystal for his only restaurant at sea back in 2003 – a venue that is a guest favorite to this day. Lithuania's gateway, Klaipeda, beckons local brews, while Tallinn's fairy-tale Old Town reveals centuries of Estonian heritage. Arrive in Stockholm for a memorable conclusion.

Copenhagen to Reykjavik

Embark on an eight-night cruise where the midnight sun shimmers on heart-melting landscapes. Begin your journey with an overnight in the Danish capital, Copenhagen, and the opportunity to visit the Viking Museum and cruise the city's canals as the sun sets. We cross to Norway now, sailing to Arendal, famed for its watersports, and Sandnes, where you can jump on a bike and explore the flourishing arts scene. Heading west we call at city of Kirkwall on Orkney, to see Neolithic standing stones and go birdwatching, and trace the Viking roots of Lerwick in the Shetland Islands. At Torshavn in the Faroes, there's a chance to explore curious turfed-roof houses and enjoy a hike to the "Floating Lake", Leitisvatn, before we arrive in the Icelandic capital, Reykjavík.

Reykjavik to Oslo

On this captivating two-week voyage, the journey is as spectacular as the destinations we visit. We begin in the Icelandic capital, Reykjavík, where a dip in the Blue Lagoon is a must, then continue around the country's coast to Ísafjörður and Akureyri, to discover remote communities and admire pristine natural landscapes. Two days at sea offer a chance to unwind fully as we head to the Arctic town of Longyearbyen, cradled by mountains and glaciers, where whales swim in the fjord and reindeers are a common sight. Liverpool to Reykjavik

There's a chance to follow in the footsteps of The Beatles in Liverpool before departing for our first stop, Douglas, on the Isle of Man, where a ride on a steam train is a must-do. Starting with an overnight stay in Québec City, there’s time to explore the cobbled streets of the old town in the shadow of Château Frontenac, a potent symbol of this city’s French heritage. Next, revel in the golden hues of the trees that grace Baie-Comeau and find out more about the region’s flora and fauna at the city’s Musée de la Nature. Québécois culture, including savoring traditional dishes, could theme your exploration of our third port of call, Gaspé. A day at sea follows before surrendering to the Scottish charms of Halifax. Then it’s onward to historic Boston for an overnight stay, before this memorable adventure ends in New York City.

Bridgetown to Fort Lauderdale

Feel the warmth of the Caribbean sun on your skin as we weave around some of the world’s loveliest islands on this nine-night cruise. Casting off from the Caribbean-Georgian streets of Bridgetown in Barbados, our first stop is Kingstown in St. Vincent and The Grenadines, famous for fantastic snorkeling and barefoot luxury on islands such as Mustique. Castries in Saint Lucia is next, a tangle of rainforest and powder sands in the shadow of two towering peaks, the Pitons. Next, time for some invigorating exercise, with a hike that delivers sublime views in Guadeloupe, before discovering Montserrat, a modern-day Pompeii with a story to tell about its volcano. Finally, zip across the treetops in Tortola before spending two restful days at sea returning to Fort Lauderdale.

Fort Lauderdale to Bridgetown

Take it slow on this nine-night voyage around the Caribbean. Departing Fort Lauderdale, we get into the groove with a relaxing day sailing to Grand Cayman, where there's art to appreciate and interesting architecture to see. Jamaica’s Montego Bay is next. It's not just about the beach here; for a different vibe, try bamboo rafting, explore the Green Grotto Caves, and sample farm-to-table cooking. After another easy day at sea, take a walk around the colonial quarter of Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic, and see more historic streets from the saddle of a bicycle in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Hop on a catamaran in Saint Martin and take the plunge in one of the Caribbean's top snorkelling spots in Dominica, before we arrive at our final destination, Bridgetown in Barbados.

We throw the spotlight on Spain for this delightful summer cruise. Casting off from the French city of Marseille, we hop over the Spanish border for our first stop, the fishing village of Palamos, followed by pretty Mahón in Menorca, and the quiet side of Ibiza. Next, the coastal cities beckon: dynamic Alicante; Valencia, birthplace of paella; and our final stop, Tarragona, Spain’s most important Roman town, with beautifully preserved ruins including the Pont del Diable aqueduct.
