Do you give refunds for Aurōra Spa products?
Refunds are offered for all unopened products when accompanied by a receipt and returned by the end of the cruise. Unopened products without a receipt can be exchanged for either services or products.
Where can I store my valuables during my reservation?
We suggest leaving valuables in the safety deposit box in your guest room or suite to ensure you do not forget any personal items.
What are the age requirements for Aurōra Spa?
Guests must be at least 18 years of age to receive treatments or utilize the facilities unless they are visiting the spa as part of The Junior Activities Program. Salon services are available to guests of all ages. Fitness facilities are not available to guests aged under 18. Please see restrictions posted outside the Fitness Center.
Does Aurōra Spa accept onboard credits?
Yes, onboard credits are accepted at Aurōra Spa.
What is your cancelation policy?
Please provide 24-hours’ notice when canceling appointments or your onboard account may be charged 50% of your treatment cost.
Is a service charge included?
For your convenience, a 20% service charge will be applied to your final bill at checkout. Gratuity for exemplary service is discretionary.
What time should I arrive for my reservation?
We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment so you can focus your mind, relax, and enjoy the facilities.
Can I bring my phone to my reservation?
To maintain the serenity of the spa, we ask you to turn off your mobile phone and electronic devices upon arrival.

Aurōra Spa is open daily from 8am to 10pm, subject to potential adjustments due to daily activities, time zone variations, and availability.

Our 3,000+ square-foot Fitness Center, Weight Room and Aerobics Studio feature an extensive line of professional weights and Technogym® exercise equipment, along with panoramic views. We also offer Wellness programs with yoga, mat pilates, and spinning classes. Our ship's full-time Fitness Director offers fitness advice and a variety of stretch and aerobic instruction.
Can you provide a body composition analysis?
Yes, with the most comprehensive muscle and fat diagnosis available. Understanding your body's inner health helps us to determine the best way forward to achieve your wellness goals.
Is nutritional consultation available on board?
